"Deep In The Woods" is the painting of a scene from one of my daily walks in the neighbourhood. At the end of our small town there are a few paths that lead into a pretty dark forest. On this particular day, as we were walking along we came to a spot where the light behind the trees was a pastel shade of yellow and orange, The light behind the trees seemed broken up by thin needle like branches which made the background look almost stain glass like.
