Original Oil painting On Arches a Paper fixed to cradled wood.

This is an oil painting on 140 pound Arches Paper treated with gesso and affixed to a cradled wood panel. The sides of the panel were left natural so the piece can either hang as is or can be framed in a floating or a regular frame.
Painting with oils on paper creates luminous colours and provides good drag and texture.
