View from a roof top in magical Marrakech. I enjoyed so much working on this painting. Morocco is one of my favourite places, the sights, the sounds, the smells everything seems magical. In this piece I tried to recreate some of the lovely textures of the old buildings while depicting the life going on down below on a beautiful summer like early evening as I sipped my Mint tea on a roof top.
This piece is a combination on collage and acrylic paint on a piece of Arches Watercolour paper.
