Looking up while walking in a forest always provides a special view. It makes one feel small and insignificant in the big scheme of things and reminds us of the power and beauty of nature. In “Looking Up”. I used a loose brushstroke to simply represent the feeling of the leaves and the branches against the blue sky.
This painting is on a 1 5/8 deep canvas, the sides have been painted so does not need to be framed.
