This is an oil painting on 140 pound Arches Paper treated with gesso and affixed to a cradled wood panel. The sides of the panel have been painted black so the piece can either hang as is or can be framed in a floating frame or a regular frame.
Painting with oils on paper creates luminous colours and provides good drag and texture.
